To all CPSI users! Informative statements to Patients?

One of my clients is struggling with a way to get informative notices to patients (while their insurance is pending).  You know... "Here is your Bill, thanks for using XYZ Hospital, we have billed your insurance and will notify you when they have paid their portion....".  If you have set your system up to generate a series of these notices and progressive messages we would love to hear from you.  You can post comments here of feel free to e-mail my client directly at the address below.  Thanks!  Dan.
