Kevin Zulage, Vice President, Managed Care, QHR. Kevin Zulage has more than twenty years of managed care experience. Prior to joining QHR, he spent sixteen years with Humana, Inc., where he worked in both consulting and physician contracting. He served as lead negotiator on various long-term contracts while at Humana. Kevin offers hospital clients expertise in provider network contracting and development, strategic/tactical planning, project management, policy administration and merger and acquisitions.
