Patient ED

We have a patient who slightly changes her information each time she is registered - birthdate, SSN#, address. She does not have insurance and never has any identification with her. This is an obvious red flag, but is there anything we can do? She comes to the ED, so she has to be treated, but the registration staff is legitimately concerened.
