I really need a little more information. You note that it is a residential treatment facility. Is this a psych unit or some sort and is it part of the hospital and under the hospitals tax id and provider number? Do you provide Medicare covered services in the residential treatment center? The clinic, you note is under utilized meaning that the physicians are not seeing that many patients?

Where is the site physically at and are you a Critical Access Hospital
